  • The Control and Manipulation of Energy to Improve the Health of Internal Organs and Other Ailments: Each class features Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese technique used to create a sense of calm while imparting curative elements.

  • Gentle, Restorative Zen Yoga Stretching: Taking postures and stretches from Zen Yoga, a holistic, restorative practice, allows you to detoxify your body, increase circulation, and improve your flexibility. This relaxed form of stretching opens up the body, corrects imbalances, and activates the energy flowing through the 12 major meridians. Each meridian is associated with with different organs, emotions, attributes, seasons, and psychological states. By creating balance and awakening energy, you will feel an entirely new sense of well being.
