Tae Kwon Do
- You receive and wear your white RMAA uniform
- You attend two classes per week.
- Curriculum is Taekwondo Forms and technique.
- Membership to USA Taekwondo Federation.
- Taekwondo Equipment package required.
- You can up-grade your agreement to ALL STAR at any time.
- Tuition must be up to date before participating in any promotions.
- Promotions must be paid at least 7 days before the promotion,
ALL STAR Tae Kwon Do
- Everything a TAEKWONDO student receives PLUS:
o Receive an ALL STAR uniform
o An additional day for Sparring
o Tournament participation at local competitions.
o ALL STAR Sparring equipment package must be purchased prior to sparring in class.
o Eligibility to join Demo Team and Travel Competition Team
MAX
- You will receive gi pants and a RMA t-shirt.
- Attendance is one – one hour day per week.
- Curriculum is a combination of TKD, MMA, grappling and extreme trick kicks.
- MAX equipment package required
DEMO TEAM & TRAVEL LEAGUE
- Elite groups
- Tryout for teams held once per year
- Full commitment to team requirements accepted by student and parent
WEAPONS
- Can be added to ANY program
- Attend one day per week for chosen weapon (kali sticks or nunchucks)
TEEN/ADULT TAEKWONDO
- You receive and wear your white RMAA uniform
- You attend three classes per week.
- Curriculum is Taekwondo Forms, technique, and sparring.
- Membership to USA Taekwondo Federation.
- Taekwondo Equipment package required.
- Tuition must be up to date before participating in any promotions.
- Promotions must be paid at least 7 days before the promotion.
POWER CHI
- You receive a Wushu pants and t-shirt.
- Attendance is twice per week.
- Curriculum is a mellow mix of TKD moves to Chi energy.
- Benefits include stress relief, strengthening and balance control.
COMBAT FIT
- Attendance is 3 days per week.
- Benefits include stress relief, endurance training and strength training
- Attire consists of black gi pants and t-shirt.
- No belt promotions
AM FITNESS
- No uniform required
- Benefits are cardio and weight control.
- Curriculum consists of cardio conditioning and resistance training
- No belt promotions
