Our kickboxing classes burn over 800 calories per hour. In our 90-minute introductory class, you kill 1,200 calories. Aside from running (and who needs the impact?), no other fitness regime sheds weight faster, easier and more effectively. With our kickboxing classes, you also learn self-defense skills—something you can’t do on a treadmill. You learn to:
